any child looking around 12 must have ID for child rates





Cancellation Policy

Sunset Watersports Trips, Tours and Rentals

1) reservations may be cancelled 48 hours prior to trip or rental time for full refund.

2) If reservation is not cancelled with in 24 hours of trip time then any remaining balance due will be charged at trip time.

3) If captain cancelled trip due to weather then full refund will be given.

 

Wedding and Private Charter Reservations

1) 90 day notice of for full refund.

2) If captain cancelled trip due to weather then full refund will be given.
